Our client, a well-established Industrial Electrical Service Organization has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Electrician to support the upgrading, troubleshooting and maintenance of automated machinery within the manufacturing industry.
The position offers excellent long term career advancement potential and salary compensation. The opportunity requires an Electrician with a strong mechanical aptitude who has experience troubleshooting and upgrading PLC based control systems in a manufacturing environment.
Here is how you will contribute:
- troubleshoot automated control systems on industrial equipment
- modify, PLC, HMI control programs
- Liaison with maintenance and production managers on upgrades and troubleshooting
- perform on-site commissioning, testing and installation on electrical machinery
Required Skills:
- 5 years plus experience as an industrial electrician
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience reading and understanding electrical diagrams
- Customer service focus and sense of urgency
