Our client a well-established Systems Integrator in the Pharmaceutical, Packaging and Food and Beverage Industries has an opportunity for a bilingual Project Manager. As Project Manager, you’ll ensure project success by driving day-to-day activities and applying sound project management principles and methodologies. Your project management experience and background in an industrial work environment combined with your vigilance, facilitation skills and ability to act with decisiveness will ensure project success.
Here’s where you’ll add value:
- Cultivated a strong working relationship with customers to effectively manage a project plan and ensure expectations are met
- Develop detailed project plans and manage individual goals and timelines
- Act as the primary liaison between all project members and stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation with regard to project plans, requirements, change requests, issues, budgets, resource availability, schedules and status reports
- Maintain and identify metrics for measuring project progress and success
Here’s what we need:
- 3+ years project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- An effective communicator with strong presentation skills
- Proactive mentality with strong critical thinking ability and an exacting attention to details
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and develop accurate metrics
- Exceptional meeting and time management skills
- Technical background in electrical, mechanical or industrial automation
- PMP or PMI certification is highly desirable
Compensation:
- Excellent compensation depending on experience Target salary 70-90K
